General Booking Information

About: Daliah Roth DFAstrolS, MAPAI is a certified astrologer and Diploma holder of the Faculty of Astrological Studies, the world-leading school for western astrology. She is a member of the APAI (the Association of Professional Astrologers International) and practises according to the ethical standards of these organisations.

Services: Daliah gives one-to-one in-person readings in Highgate, North London, or online via Zoom, Skype, FaceTime or telephone. When Daliah is on a retreat, it may take up to 12 days before you receive a reply to an email, but she generally responds within 72 hours. Daliah does not offer written reports.

Duration and content: A reading lasts between 60 and 80 minutes, depending on the complexity of the material. For costs and types of consultations,  please see the Consultations page.

Clients: Daliah accepts clients over the age of 20 and works on a one-to-one basis. She does not offer consultations for couples.

Birth time: For any reading, an accurate time of birth is required. Your birth time is usually noted on your birth documents. If not, you may be able to find out the information from your parents or relatives. Your birth certificate can be obtained from the hospital you were born at or from your town hall. Currently, Daliah does not offer chart rectification (a detailed method used to calculate an accurate birth time).

Charts and recording: Before your online reading, Daliah will send you copies of your charts by email. If you are meeting in-person, you will receive copies of your charts at your consultation. Whether your reading is in-person or via Zoom/Skype, you are welcome to (sound) record the session on your phone, with Zoom/Skype’s recording function, or by other means.

Rescheduling and cancellation policy: Cancellations made four days or more prior to your booking will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within three days of your appointment will incur the full fee of the reading, but you can reschedule your appointment for another date and time and transfer the fee to this new appointment if you wish. Rescheduling any appointment is free of charge the first two times. However, if you need to reschedule the same appointment again, a £15 rescheduling fee applies.

Disclaimer: Last but not least, astrology is an art form and a tool for self-discovery, growth and transformation. There is always more than one way to interpret the many different factors at play, and nothing said within a session is written in stone. It is up to the client to discern which information makes sense to them, which is applicable to their life, which is most helpful to their growth and which is useful to their personal decision-making. In the rare case that Daliah should feel unable to help, she reserves the right to decline a booking. In this event, any paid fees will be fully refunded.
